How long do items take to be fulfilled by us?

Items are typically shipped within 1 to 7 business days. However, certain items may require additional processing time if they are out of stock or awaiting supplies before they can be made and shipped.

Shipping options? 

We offer Standard Shipping with a estimated delivery time of 5-7 days and Express Shipping with a estimated delivery time of 2-3 days, this means that this is what the shipping carriers claim they will take to deliver your item, it does not mean we will fulfill your order and deliver in that amount of time. Shipping Carriers are responsible of that after we drop off the package.

Wrong addresses? 

We kindly encourage you to carefully verify your address before finalizing your order. While we may be able to make changes if notified promptly, this is not always guaranteed. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 to 48 hours. Our customer service team strives to respond to inquiries within 1 to 4 business days, depending on the volume of requests. Please note that response times may be longer due to high demand making it impossible to change the address in time. We would resend the item for free but we realized this can be a scam tactic from costumers or costumers truly forgot to verify the address. Unfortunately this is happening a lot to us and it has come to many losses to our business, we have now decided to charge an extra shipping fee and product fee to resend the order if the (wrong address) order has already been shipped.
