Shipping, exchanges & returns
For claims involving lost or stolen packages, customers must first submit a report with the appropriate carrier or local authorities and provide our Customer Service team with the report number and proof of the submitted claim.
We strongly recommend purchasing Shipping Protection at checkout. Packages will only be covered for loss, damage, or carrier-related issues if Shipping Protection has been purchased.
Shipping Protection does not cover:
-Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
-P.O. Boxes
-Orders delivered to the address entered by the customer
-Carrier delays
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We do not ship to P.O. BOXES, after has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
